1. Nuts and grains:

2. Fish:

Salmon, sardine, and herring are among the most important sources of omega-3, and halibut and tuna are also good sources.


3. Eggs:

4. Colored foods:

7. Leafy vegetables:

8. Dark chocolate: 

contains less milk and sugar, also contains large amounts of antioxidants and essential nutrients. The consumption of dark chocolate enhances the overall health of the body.


9. Carrots:

Carrots are rich in vitamin A and beta carotene. Vitamin A is essential for healthy eyesight because it helps protect the retina. Vitamin A deficiency is one of the major causes of blindness and can lead to eye diseases such as cataracts and macular degeneration.


10. Citrus fruits: 

Fruits such as lemon, orange, and grapefruit contain large amounts of vitamin C, which helps fight eye problems associated with age.
